Can I transfer my tickets?

For most events, the name on your ticket does not affect entry. It is only used if the event is cancelled or rescheduled, in which case the named individual is treated as the point of contact for refunds or exchanges.

However, some event organisers impose specific restrictions on ticket transfers—usually for high-demand events—to prevent tickets being resold for profit. In such cases, the organiser may require either:

  • the person who purchased the tickets to be present for entry, or

  • the name on each ticket to match a valid photo ID at the entrance.

glistrr does not currently support a dedicated ticket transfer process. If you wish to give your ticket to someone else, you can forward them your PDF e-ticket or Wallet pass from your confirmation email. Please note: tickets are only valid for a single scan, so only share your ticket with someone you trust.
