Why is there a ticket limit?

Ticket purchase limits are generated at the venues discretion allowing all customers an equal opportunity to purchase tickets to events. These limits vary from venue to venue and once this limit is reached your Facebook account will prevent you from acquiring further tickets in a separate transaction.

Can I request more?

If you wish to purchase tickets beyond the purchase limit linked with the event, we would advise that an additional member of the party proceeds to purchase the additional tickets. Failing that, contact the venue directly.
